Every product is carefully crafted just for you, which means our approach to returns and exchanges is a little different. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our made-to-order process.

General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • You received a damaged, defective, or misprinted product.
    • Products ordered in the wrong size, color, or design cannot be returned.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to the nature of custom printing, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Seasonal or promotional items (e.g., limited-time holiday designs).
  • Important Note:
    Please check your order details (size, color, and design) carefully before confirming your purchase to avoid issues with non-returnable items.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take quality seriously and strive to ensure every item meets our high standards. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right:

  • You can request a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • To process your claim, email support@brightsidewear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include the following:
    • A clear photo of the issue (e.g., damage, misprint).
    • Order details, including the order number and product description.

Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.

 

Exchanges Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be tricky! While we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, we encourage you to use our Size Guide before ordering.

If your item is eligible for return (e.g., damaged or defective), you may exchange it for the same design in a different size.

  • Exchange Window: All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Limitations: Exchanges can only be processed once per order. If further corrections are needed, a new order must be placed.

To initiate an exchange, email support@brightsidewear.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the exchange.
  • Details of the new size or color needed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a defect or printing error.

 

Refunds

If you’re eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For defective or damaged items, refunds will include the original shipping cost (if applicable).

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t entered the production phase. Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@brightsidewear.com.

If the cancellation window has passed, we’ll work with you to explore alternatives like size exchanges or account credit where possible.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@brightsidewear.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Provide Details: Attach photos showing the issue if applicable (e.g., misprint or damage).
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

What Happens to Returns?

We’re committed to reducing waste and supporting sustainable practices. Because our products are custom-made, returned items cannot be resold. Instead, we:

  • Recycle responsibly: Materials from returns are reused or recycled whenever possible.
  • Donate to causes: Undamaged items are donated to local charities and non-profits, supporting those in need and giving your returns a second life.

Additional Notes

  • Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and may be subject to additional processing time.
