Printing and Sizing

Most of our products are true to size, but women’s sizes may run slightly small. Please refer to the size chart for details.

A size chart is available on each product page, below the size and color selection. If you need additional help, feel free to email us.

To keep your print looking great:

  • Wash inside out, in cold water.
  • Use low heat for drying or tumble dry.
  • Don’t iron directly on printed areas.
  • If there’s a slight smell or halo effect, it’s due to the printing process and will disappear after washing.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your selected method at checkout.

Yes, we offer standard and priority international shipping options.

Sometimes items ship separately due to different processing times. Don’t worry—everything will arrive shortly!

Return & Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are faulty or misprinted. If your item doesn’t meet these criteria, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Email our support team at support@brightsidewear.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll respond within 48 business hours and send a replacement or resolution within 7 days.

If your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at support@brightsidewear.com. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it to process the cancellation.

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, refunds are typically processed within 7 days. You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is issued. It may take 2-3 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Send us an email with photos of the item you received, and we’ll send a replacement within 7 days.
